Gainesville Health & Fitness Cancer Recovery Program
Our free 4-week program is designed specifically for those newer to exercise or those looking for a gentle, supportive way to feel like themselves again. We focus on making you feel comfortable from day one, helping you find success in small wins, and building the confidence to live a more active life.
Your Path to Feeling Better:
- The Personal Consultation: Meet one-on-one with a GHF Fitness Specialist to map out a 4-week plan that respects your restrictions and honors your pace.
- A Gentle Start: Progress gradually through a mix of strength training, cardio, and soothing pool, stretch, and Tai Chi classes tailored to your current capacity.
- The Recovery Suite: Ease treatment-related aches in our sauna, steam room, and warm therapy pool, or find refreshment in the cold pool.
- Weekly Support: Stay encouraged with weekly check-ins to adjust your plan as you get stronger.
Don’t let treatment-related fatigue define your days. Rebuild your strength, experience a renewed sense of empowerment, and discover what your body is capable of in a welcoming environment. Contact Debbie Lee at 352.692.2115 or Debbie.Lee@ghfc.com to get started.
