A service of UF College of Nursing provides Primary Care services for adults and children. Participating providers of Aetna, Avmed, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care, Medicare and Medicaid. Uninsured patients are seen on a sliding fee scale determined by income and family size based on the Federal Governments Poverty Guideline. Patients are seen by appointment ,walk in and same day appointments.
