Emergency assistance is provided for rent, food, utilities and limited prescription assistance. Must provide: Photo ID and Social Security Cards for everyone over 18 years of age living in the home. Food Pantry is open from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays. The regional office is open Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Programs also available that provide assistance at Thanksgiving or Christmas time.

Lake Shore Hospital Authority
Lake Shore Hospital Authority offers health care financial assistance for Columbia County residents who have lived in Columbia County for at least ninety days (90) and meet income guidelines. Clients must provide photo identification, proof of residency, and proof of income with an application to be considered.
