SHIP also assists qualified first‑time homebuyers purchasing eligible new or existing homes, including certain mobile or manufactured homes. Funding is awarded on a first‑qualified, first‑served basis, with priority given to very low‑income households, seniors, essential personnel, and special‑needs households.
