We Care provides access to necessary volunteer medical and dental services for uninsured residents with low income. We Care program components include primary medical care, specialty medical care, and oral health services. Self-referrals are accepted for oral health services. A participating We Care physician must initiate referrals for all medical services. We Care is not an entitlement program. Services are limited by the availability of a volunteer provider. The RAHMA Mercy Clinic
